Olim Fund of the Galilee
October 2003 Report

October 30, 2003

Shalom Dear Friends of the Olim Fund,

This has been a record month for the Fund, and thanks to your generosity and concern we have been able to reach to meet a growing number of serious needs.

Can you imagine the distress of having a mouth full of rotten teeth and no means of paying for dental care? This is a very common situation among our new immigrants, especially those from the former Soviet Union. We have been focusing on this need lately and have established a working relationship with two clinics in the Galilee that are working for about half the normal cost to care for our most urgent cases. You have done so much to relieve the suffering of these dear ones, and all of us thank you so very much for your help.

Please keep us all uplifted in prayer as the situation here in the Land grows ever more tense.

We love you all and thank you again for your most loving kindness towards the remnant of our people here in the Galilee.

With many blessings,

Bob Fischer
